No, our RV sites are the size of a manufactured home lot.
Do you do background checks?
Yes. We strictly monitor our Community Guidelines to preserve and protect your investment. All residents screened with our third party (CoreLogic Safe Rent) background check.
What is your pet policy?

Do you accept credit cards?
At this time we do not, however, we are working toward accepting them in the future.

Tall Timbers Village LLC owns and operates Tall Timbers Village (TTV). Monthly lot rent is $430 per month for manufactured homes and $650 per month for RV’s working in the gas well and pipeline industry. Water, sewer and weekly curb-side trash pickup is included. Electricity is also included for RV’s (up to $150/mo.). Free Community-Wide Wi-Fi. All 50 amp service. Our community has Comcast cable television & high speed internet services, & located in close proximity to schools, shopping centers and employment centers.
Really like living there. If issues arise manager corrects it. Very happy!
Have been here almost 20 years and me and my family like the Country feeling but not far from the Big City. Also the manager for the Park is the Best you could ask for! Plus you have great school district and reasonable living expenses
